What You Should Know

Meeting conditions
This consultation is a one-on-one meeting. If the discussion does not align with the office's objectives, the office reserves the right to cancel the appointment.
Prepare project documents
Product/service info · Production process · Machinery & equipment · Business plan · Existing BOI project details (if any)
Before your appointment
  • Onsite: Arrive 15 minutes early
  • Zoom: Join via email link at least 10 minutes early
  • Over 15 min late: slot may be given to another consultant
Zoom room
Acts as waiting room. After you provide your code, staff will move you to the division-specific room.
Limits & cancellation
  • 1 email can book 1 slot per day
  • Cannot request a specific staff member
  • Cancel at least 1 business day in advance
